Damaged or Spilled Packages

If you receive an order that is damaged, leaked, or spilled, you must take clear pictures of:

  • The outer packaging (box)

  • The damaged or spilled product

These images are required to process any refund or replacement request.

In case of a verified damaged or spilled product, we offer a 100% refund or replacement, based on your preference. This reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction and product quality.

Time Limit for Claims

All claims related to damaged or spilled packages must be reported on the same day of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted, as timely reporting helps us resolve issues efficiently.

Exclusions for Refunds

Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:

  • The product is damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Any part of the product, packaging, or contents is missing

  • The claim appears to involve misuse or fraud
